Tangent Books acquired the Dictionary from Broadcast books in 2009 and released a third edition. The updated fourth edition celebrates the 10th anniversary of the original Dictionary. The book is now accepted worldwide as the authoritative guide to speaking Bristolian and has been responsible for a whole new generation of Bristolians reclaiming their distinctive dialect.
